Child Safety Standards

Avyra has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any content or conduct that endangers children.

Scope

These standards apply to Avyra products that enable social interaction, dating or matchmaking, anonymous or random chat, or user-created content, including LGBTQIA+ and Sielu when available. They also apply to any future Avyra product with comparable features.

Prohibited conduct and content

Users may not create, upload, request, share, distribute, promote, or facilitate CSAM, CSAE, grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, child trafficking, predatory behavior toward children, or other child endangerment. Attempts to evade moderation, reporting, or age protections are also prohibited.

Reporting and action

Each covered live product must provide an in-app way to submit safety feedback, concerns, or reports. Upon actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, Avyra will take appropriate action under its published standards and applicable law, which may include removing content, restricting access, preserving relevant information as permitted, and making reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or another appropriate authority where required.

Child-safety contact

For notifications from Google Play, law enforcement, safety organizations, or the public concerning potential CSAE or CSAM on an Avyra service, contact contact@avyrahq.com with the subject line “Child Safety Report.” This inbox is Avyra’s designated child-safety point of contact.

Age and product safeguards

A product’s target audience, age controls, content rating, and available safety tools must match its actual features. An adult-only label does not excuse a covered product from these standards. Products that target children or include children in their target audience require additional child-privacy, family, advertising, and feature controls before release.
